About

Sensen builds its Live Awareness Platform for smarter cities, fusing computer vision, AI, and sensor networks into real-time urban operations used by municipalities, transit agencies, and parking authorities across four continents.

The team came to Mavlers Agency with a fully designed 35-page website already laid out in a third-party design tool, on an aggressive 26-day timeline.

The brief was to turn those designs into a fully functional WordPress site, frontend and backend, without drifting from the approved layouts or UI/UX standards.

Challenges

  • A 35-page site with full frontend and backend in roughly three weeks ruled out traditional development timelines
  • The provided layouts looked polished but still needed usability improvements without straying from the client's vision
  • Every page had to match the pre-defined, third-party tool layouts exactly across frontend and backend
  • The client needed full visibility into progress, with transparent updates delivered every week

Goals

  • Deliver all 35 pages, frontend and backend, inside a compressed 26-day window
  • Match the pre-approved designs pixel for pixel without sacrificing usability
  • Keep the build maintainable through reusable, consistent components rather than one-off pages
  • Give the client full visibility into progress through weekly updates
  • Ship without compromising on design fidelity or code quality under time pressure

Solution/Approach

  • Used AI tools to generate clean code, reusable components, and scalable backend logic at a pace traditional development couldn't match
  • Built a component-driven system so all 35 pages shared a consistent, maintainable structure instead of being built one by one from scratch
  • Broke the full scope into parallel workstreams, compressing the timeline without losing control over quality or sequencing
  • Ran continuous QA throughout the build to keep design fidelity and responsive behavior on track as pages shipped
  • Held weekly progress reviews with the client to keep the build transparent and aligned with expectations start to finish

Results

  • 35 pages delivered - Every page built to match the pre-approved third-party design exactly, frontend and backend
  • 21 days from start to launch - Full frontend and backend delivery, not just a design pass
  • 5 days ahead of the 26-day deadline - Beat an already aggressive timeline instead of just meeting it
  • Zero drift from approved designs - Pixel-precise adherence held across all 35 pages despite the compressed schedule
  • Weekly progress visibility maintained throughout - Kept the client aligned without slowing the build down

The bigger win: Sensen proved that AI-assisted development does not force a trade-off between speed and fidelity, the site shipped early and still matched the approved designs exactly, page for page.
